You Might Know Her From

Oct 21, 2021

It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood because we are joined by Tony-winner Celia Keenan-Bolger. You Might Know Her From Diane and Broadway productions of To Kill a Mockingbird, The Glass Menagerie, Peter and the Starcatcher, and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Celia opened up to us about the complicated feelings around rejoining the Broadway production of To Kill a Mockingbird post-COVID lockdown and the murder of George Floyd. We also dug into her performance in one of our favorite movies of the last few years, Diane, how it feels to be an adult who continues to make a career playing younger folk, and whether she really originated the Toaster in the Brave Little Toaster musical. Celia was a total dreamboat.
